At the heart of W.A.G.S is Phoebe, a passionate dog groomer whose love for animals runs far deeper than aesthetics.

With years of hands-on experience and an intuitive understanding of canine behaviour, Phoebe is known for her gentle approach and calming presence. She believes that dogs feel everything energy, tone, intention and that the best results come when they feel safe, relaxed, and loved.

Phoebe created W.A.G.S as a response to the fast-paced, high-volume grooming model. Here, every appointment is un-rushed, one-on-one, and tailored to the individual dog. No cages. No overstimulation. Just care, patience, and plenty of kisses.
